No Cancellations or Refunds
CBMF does not refund tickets. Tickets can be donated to the Festival for resale. Tickets for donation must be received by the CBMF Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the schedule performance. Exchanges are subject to availability and exchange fees. In the case of a ticket donation, you will receive written acknowledgment for tax deduction purposes.
Will Call
Will call tickets can be picked up at the during regular operating house Tuesday through Saturday from 10-3 pm or at the venue on the day of the performance one hour prior to performance.
Late Seating
Patrons arriving late to a performance and those who exit the theater during a performance will be seated only at the house managers discretion and at an appropriate interval. In certain circumstances, late admission will not be permitted.

House Rules
The photographing, videotaping or sound recording of any performance or the possession of any device for such use inside any venue without the permission of CBMF, Inc is prohibited by law. Food and smoking are not permitted inside the venue. The Crested Butte Music Festival may use photographs of patrons without personal information for such purposes as publicity, advertising and website content.

10% off for groups of 20 or less, 25% off for groups more than 20. Email for more info.
Dining at the Opera
Preview Performance Buffet: Enjoy a buffet dinner in the beautiful Mt. Crested Butte Mirror Palace before each of the Opera performances. $40 includes dinner and dessert with a pre-performance talk. Must be purchased in advance by phone or online while seats last.
Kids Go Free
With purchase of one regularly priced adult ticket a free entrance ticket for children and students 7-17 (with a valid student ID) is available at all MainStage performances. Evening performances are not appropriate for children under 6 years of age. Fundraising events and gala’s are not included in the Kids Go Free program. More info.
