What are the Box Office hours?
The box office works remotely and can be reached at 970-300-3409. Every effort will be made to answer calls during business hours. If you do not reach someone right away, please leave a message or email [email protected] and it will be responded to as soon as possible.
Box Office hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. During the Festival, hours include Saturday & Sunday from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. The Box Office can be reached at 970-300-3409.
What if I misplace or forget to bring my tickets?
Tickets do not need to be printed. You can either show proof of purchase via your digital ticket or by bringing a photo ID.
Tickets are not subject to any refund, bears no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. Artist and set times are subject to change without notice. Instead, ticket purchasers will have the right to attend the rescheduled event, or if an event is not rescheduled, to exchange the ticket for another event of equal value. If issued as a complimentary ticket, this ticket is not exchangeable or redeemable for another ticket to any other event or performance or for any other consideration, monetary or otherwise.
The health and safety of our patrons, musicians, staff, and community are our top priority. Currently, we require proof of vaccination or proof of negative test within 24 hours for attendees, patrons, volunteers, and employees at all 2022 events and performances. This policy may be revised or changed at any time. We thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and flexibility.
